Consul acting oddly

Hi,
On one of my projects, I've obviously done something.

In the consul view, in the busses, most of the faders, not all, have dropped to INF
when I try and raise them the grey pan button moves as well, along with the input
gain, grey button at the top, any ideas ?

    cHECK YOUR PREFERANCE SETTINGS,sample rate and depth,with the file setting...

    Sounds like you may have grouped them. Right click on one of them and select "Ungroup". If it's not that I'm a bit clueless.
