Continuing with lighter Mercury theme
Subtle changes but it's making a big difference for me, sitting 4 ft away from twin 27" monitors. Still figuring out stuff, but starting to actually enjoy it!

if anyone knows what the dark area is in the top picture (that lists the tracks in the console view window), I can't find it. Would LOVE to lighten it up

You mean the background of the tracks in the track view? I'm on a train at the moment and don't have theme editor in front of me and I can't remember exactly what they're called, but the colors should be under the track view folder and I think the light one have 'selected,' or something similar in its name. Find one and the other will be there right next to it. I'll check and give you the exact name once I'm at work and have my computer.

I too am sticking with the Mercury theme with a couple of minor tweaks. I made the active track slightly lighter to stand out a bit more. And to achieve more contrast between normal & bypassed fx, I darkened the default text and made the bypassed text near-white, so the difference between the two states is much more obvious at a glance. Very subtle changes but for me very beneficial. I don't really have any other issues with the Mercury theme.

I have no idea how to share, as I don't have stuff like dropbox accts, etc. I can upload it somewhere...but where that is, I don't know. Still tweaking as well too.

I believe if you send your themes to Elffin he will add them to the repository.
