Controller Handles and PRV question.

I am a long time Sonar user but this is my first time to post in the forum.....so go easy on me!
I have Platinum Producer with the latest update. I have a few questions....these are not big issues but they are a bit annoying. I'm not sure if these are due to settings issues on my end or what. These things did not show up until I upgraded to Platinum.
1. When I am in the PRV, the "Show Controller Handles" is no longer available in the "Controllers" tab. Both sustain (CC:64) and volume (CC:7) only show as adjustable rectangles in the controllers view area. Are the little "triangle" controller handles gone for good? Just for my personal taste, I prefer having the triangle handles to make adjustments and to draw in changes as opposed to the rectangles. For some reason, the rectangles are a bit confusing when trying to edit sustain pedal events. Maybe I'm just an old dog that doesn't want to learn a new trick.
2. Also in PRV, if you left click on a midi note and keep the button held down, there is a small rectangular box that opens up and tells you the note information....which is a good feature. However, when you double-click on a a midi note to open the "Note Properties" box, that little rectangular box also opens and stays visible for 4 or 5 seconds then fades away. This is not a problem if you are editing notes around the top, bottom or sides of the screen because the little rectangular box doesn't cross paths with the "Note Properties" box. However, if you are editing a note in the center area of the screen, the little rectangular box is usually on top of the "Note Properties". More often than not, the little rectangular box is right on top of a button or parameter box that you need to get to. I have to sit there for those 4 or 5 seconds waiting for it to fade away so that I can get to the area that I need to type or click in. That just gets old when you are editing or investigating several notes back to back.
3. A similar thing is happening in the Track View as well. This particular issue first showed up when I upgraded from X2 to X3. When on the track view page, if I move my mouse anywhere
under the time ruler or
in the time ruler, a similar little rectangular box appears in the bottom portion of the time ruler showing the exact time location of the mouse. Prior to X3, the rectangle box only appeared when the mouse was moving around
under the time ruler.....which was great and is often needed. However, since X3, the rectangle box also appears when the mouse is moved into the time ruler. Even though it is showing more detailed info about where you are pointing, it is a bit annoying because it is always covering up just the basic measure number. Is there a way to disable the rectangle box from being there.....especially in the time ruler. I called tech support once to ask about this as well as the rectangle box that shows up in the PRV view. The tech guy said that the rectangle info box was not showing up on his screen. So, is this possibly a settings issue somewhere in my system or within Sonar that I haven't found?
As I said earlier, these are not biggies, but they are there just enough to be annoying. Let me know if any of you have experienced any of these or if it's just my system. I hope I have explained them in a way that makes sense.
