Controller with faders?

I'm still using Producer 8.5 and I've decided to buy a controller with automated faders. The best value seems to be the Mackie Control Universal Pro - can anyone advise me if this would work well with Producer 8.5 or is there some problem with Sonar because of ACT? If so, what controller would you recommend?

Someone's out of tune and it's not me 'cause I tuned up last Sunday!
