Convert Old Cakewalk File to MIDI

I have a WRK file that is about nine years old from Cakewalk Home Studio version 5, I think. I no longer have Cakewalk, and was wondering if someone would be kind enough to convert my file to a MIDI file. I put a lot of work into it and would like to have it as a midi file. Thank you in advance.

    What's in it? Vocals, guitars...??
Is the material such that it can be converted to MIDI with reasonable effort?

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

There are no vocals or added audio, etc. You should be able to open it and then turn right around and save it as a midi file. I can't remember, but I am sure there are no more than 10 tracks. I am just a hobbyist, not a pro, so it's not very complex. But I did it for a friend and he still performs with it. I played it and recorded it through a Roland JV1010 Sound Module so the WRK file probably will not sound good on its own, but you'd be welcome to listen to it. I bought a Mac a couple years ago and use Logic Express 9 now, and I failed to convert this file before I got rid of my Windows machine. Thanks so much for responding.
