Convert WAVs to "Groove Clips"... How?

I have some drum loops which are the wrong tempo for the project so I'd like to convert them to "Groove Clips". It states in the help that sound files can be converted to "Groove Clips" but I can't find how to do this.
Anyone know? Thanks.
