Convert WRK Cackewalk file to midi

Some 10 years back, I was a Cakewalk user.
Now, I have a bunch of audio projects in wrk format.
But I can no longer use them (no more Cakewalk on my computer).
How can I convert these files in MIDI ?
Is there any free available software ?
Could I send the files to anyone, so that it be be converted ?
Thanks in adavance.

Have you thought of downloading a demo of Sonar and see if that'll do it?
