Copy & Past Time Sigs and Tempos?

Hi guys, I have wondered this since since I first started using Sonar (7.5 demo I think it was before buying X1). Is there a way to copy and past time sig and tempo changes. I write a lot of progressive rock and metal and time sigs change constantly. It is a bit of a ballache manually programming like an eleven min song. Lets say for exaple all of the verses are:
7/8 - 4/4 - 7/8 - 5/8

Is there a way to 'group' those four bars and repeat it a few times? Don't know why I haven't asked this soon.

Thanks guys.

Oh also, my upgrade to professional from X2 went very smoothly so props to Cakewalk for an update that worked first time round.

Edit > Copy Special (CTRL+ALT+C) and Edit > Paste Special (CTRL+ALT+V) will let you choose exactly what to copy/paste.
