Copy Synth track's properties to another project ? solved with thanks.......

Hey guys. I've been looking for a way to do this all morning, but can't find anything that works. Thought I would ask here. If it's a just a quick, 'no, you can't do that' I would still love to know.

I want to copy an AD2 folder and all it's properties to another existing project. I can of course just replicate everything by hand into the other project, but I was looking for a quick way, because I need to do this several times. The only other way I can see is to save it as multiple new projects, then drag all the audio and midi data over to each new project, but that's gonna take some time too.

Hope I've explained it well enough. Just want to clone the track, but into another project. Anyone got any ideas ?

thanks. Dave.

Save it as a track template, then insert it into the new project is what I think.

But I've been wrong many times before.

A rack of noisemakers is not a definitive substitute for creativity. (though it does seem to help)

I'll give that a try randyman. thanks for the suggestion. Havn't used the track templates yet, but that makes sense.

I had actually looked for this, but it doesn't appear in the drop down menu if you select the track folder, only if you select the midi instrument track within, then it copies and saves the entire folder and properties. It worked. thanks mate. much appreciated.
