Copy and Paste One CC Lane

Hello,
I'm using Sonar Platinum, the latest April update.

Is there a way to copy a CC lane in the PRV or CC data from the Events List and paste this into another track? I know of the 'copy special' option but this copies all events including notes and all MIDI data. I want to copy and paste just one of the CC lanes if possible.

Thanks.

They way I would tackle this is to use the Select by filter function.

In the track view, select the track that contains the controller events you wish to copy so that all clips in the track are selected.

Goto the main menu item Edit | Select | By filter.  In the displayed dialogue box, deselect everything (quicker to hit "none") and then tick "Controllers"

In both the controller's Min and Max field, enter the controller(s) number of the CC you wish to copy and then hit OK

Now, only controller events should be selected.

CTRL-C to copy the controller events to the clipboard. (if you wish to move, then this step would be CTRL-X)

CTRL-V to paste the clipboard to your destination track (Make sure the NOW marker stays put)

The destination track should contain just the controller events from the source track.

    Hope that helps
