They way I would tackle this is to use the Select by filter function.
In the track view, select the track that contains the controller events you wish to copy so that all clips in the track are selected.
Goto the main menu item Edit | Select | By filter. In the displayed dialogue box, deselect everything (quicker to hit "none") and then tick "Controllers"
In both the controller's Min and Max field, enter the controller(s) number of the CC you wish to copy and then hit OK
Now, only controller events should be selected.
CTRL-C to copy the controller events to the clipboard. (if you wish to move, then this step would be CTRL-X)
CTRL-V to paste the clipboard to your destination track (Make sure the NOW marker stays put)
The destination track should contain just the controller events from the source track.
