Copy chorus in the exact place

I have a question for a procedure in Sonar X1/X2:
I have an audio track with 4 strophes and 4 choruses.
I recorded an instrumental passage (for a chorus) in another audio track.
Is it possible to copy and put this instrumental passage in the right place (the chorus-passages of the audio-track)? What is the best procedure? Is it possible to copy the chorus-passage and set it +/- at the beginning of the chorus and then make a „fine-tuning“? How can I do such a fine-tuning?
Some advice would be great.
