"Copy to Send" Pretty please with sugar on top

That is all...
Maybe consider "Copy to Send" functionality for cue mixes. (headphones pre-fader)
 
copy options = current fader level, fader automation, current pan, pan automation.

    Would cloning the send bus and assigning its output to the headphones do the job?

    Wouldn't that just be a post-fader send?
    Am I missing something?
