Correct RAM profile
I'm a new member here and I'm building my first computer. I should probably have one of the pros on this forum build me a computer but I'm just a poor working slob and I had to sell one of my kidneys to pay for my this new DAW that I'm building.
I've searched this forum and I hoping this is a new question. I want to try to build my DAW using a GA-Z77X-UP5-TH Motherboard by Gigabyte. I'm using a 4U case. Because of the low profile case, I intend to use a Noctua NH-U9B SE2 CPU cooler.
I've read several reviews of buyers complaining of inadequate space for tall heat sinks on their RAM sticks, but most of these builders are building AMD boards. I was wanting to use Corsair Vengeance, 4x8, 32 Gig RAM for my memory.
I was wondering if anyone has used this motherboard with this CPU cooler combination, and if there is, in fact, room for these memory sticks, or do I need to use the low profile version of the venceance line? Corsair guarantees the high profile RAM to work with this board but the low profile RAM is not on their list. Interestingly, Newegg claims this Low Profile RAM will work with this board. If anyone can shed some light on this or offer a recommendation, it would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a list of the componants.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233304 I plan to have 3 drives, my OS drive being a SSD. There is a provision for a small mSATA drive directly on the motherboard. I realize neither of these drives will benifit the speed of recording. With this in mind, would mounting a mSATA directly on the motherboard be redundant or would it still benifit with faster start ups?
