Could not open file. Please help.

When you open the file, this message appears:
Could not open file. The file may be damaged or incompatible with this version of Sonar.
You may attempt to recover this file in 'safe' mode by holding down the SHIFT shift key while opening it.

Open, according to recommendations, while, holding the SHIFT key and nothing it does not help.
How to open this file? Let me add that I have a lot of such projects.
Can you fix it in some way so your project?
Please help.

If you really have several of such projects it is alarming and not normal. Projects do get corrupt sometimes, but it's rare.

The questions asked above are relevant: Are you opening them in the same version they were created in? The same PC? The same OS? What is the file format? Are you opening them inside SONAR or by clicking the icon in the browser?

    What are your system specs?

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
