No worries, Mr Fox! Not hate here, and one of these days I'm gonna getcha... with a song you can't stop listening too! HAH! Ron, that was funny... and I even enjoyed your astrological dig (how very un-Leo of me).... Herb, I think I may have nearly every album "Zimmy" ever did (save for some of the mid to late 70s stuff)and all the bootleg series as well. Proliferation at it's best! Thanks for listening, Motezuma, Venus & Dave.... Frank, you are correct - no click on this one. Sometimes I like to just go with the flow, especially if I'm just doing keys...

J - Definitly a Joni Mitchell vibe on this! Nice! Some folk don't like the vibrato, but, to many singers, it was their trade-mark... The harmonies are really pretty sounding. This is one of those tunes that set me in the 'zone'..very reflective sounding.. I liked it.

Oh, PS... I should have stated this earlier... I actually submitted this for an official "Myspace Bob Sylan Cover Contest" awhile back, so it's ***kinda/sorta*** sanctioned... even if I did clean up the mix since then. Right? Taking it down in two days...

Nice arrangement, playing and excellent vocals, harmonies very well done. Nice tribute to Mr. Dylan, probably one of the greatest songwriters of our time.

years ago country music legend merl haggerd had janny freely do some harmanies with him. this wasnt common for him to have female harmonies. what it did was totaly turn the song into a lush sound. the bueaty of it would almost bring me to tears. he as well as you waited till later in the song to add the harmonies. you sing this with passion. have you noticed that? the better the song is the more that can be done. your "soft" singing is totaly remarkable. not that the strong notes are not good too but the the soft stuff makes me go wow. thats why i address that. its the little things that have me liking something sometimes. youve raised the bar on this for yourself. it would make a great reference. i havent commented much on your stuff not because its bad but because ive heard something in you waiting to blosom like a flower. you did it on this.

Taking it down in two days... Then you should be able to leave it up on myspace. Also, songs written prior to 1972 I believe only have a period of 25 years, so you may be safe. I hope I can write a song that you would like to sing on one day

jimmyman, I really appreciate your thoughts on this... it's nice to be reminded that not everyone will like the same thing. I'm very pleased that you enjoyed it, and I agree.... without the little things, much of life is nothing. Also, songs written prior to 1972 I believe only have a period of 25 years, so you may be safe. Shad, I didn't know that... good info and thanks for sharing...

Julianna - this is really nice - your vox are so pretty on this tune - the emotions you put into this are very real. It's funny, my daughter called me a few minutes ago - she's picking me up a ticket to see Bob, John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson on August 16. Can't wait. Good job on this one - I really enjoyed.

Very nice indeed The harmony sections were well-chosen, I like the dynamics there. Good arrangement and beautifully sung.

I'm a sucker for this tune anyway, but your voice here it gives me goosebumps. I'm not a fan of that 80's electric grand type sound and that would be my only crit, but a really nice homage piece nevertheless. Now how about some contrast with a version of 'Positively 4th Street'?... I've never heard anyone do bitter better than Bob.
