    Instrumentation is pretty spot on, but I think your use of delay on the vocal is wrong. What you're using obscures the vocal, the original was a slapback effect, which is a bit different.

    FWIW, I like what you did on the vocals. If I want to hear the original I'll listen to the original.

    Nice cover!   I certainly remember the song, along with a lot of other Cars tunes, and I think you've captured the feel pretty well.
