Cowbell or Tambourine?
If you had to play only one of these (no other choices) for the rest of your life, which one would you choose.

Tambourine for sure, IMO it's more expressive. It can do sooo much. Cowbell is too clanky for me.

Definitely more expressive, and apparently less annoying. I have a cow bell, my co-worker has a tambo... if I play mine, people scream "stop"... if he plays his, no one seems to notice. Still... both drive me crazy. - zevo

Tambourine. Without a doubt. The Go-Go Boots don't look as good on me as some players, but I'll try my best.

I played cowbell with BOC when they were last in town. I carried the "Don't fear the reefer" song for them.
Some people call me Maurice SPLAT Pro lifetime, ADK 6 core 3.6Ghz with 32 GB RAM, SSD 1TB system drive, 3 3TB regular drives for samples, recordings and misc. Behringer X Touch, UAD Apollo Quad. 2 UAD2 Quads PCI (i think - inside the box whatever that is), Console 1. More guitars (40??) and synths (hard and soft) than talent. Zendrum!!!

I would choose cowbell. With the hopes that someone would get so annoyed that they'd kill me, putting me out of my misery.

<--- Both a girl AND a lead singer.... I gotta go with the Tambourine. Ala Susan Dey on The Partridge family, 'n stuff. But I DO like the cowbell. Would rather have a tambourine, though. And, In fact, I do....

Cowbell, I could at least pretend to graze from time to time, where as being a dancing spot shaking my booty with a tambourine just doesn't appeal to me that much. Ok, you got me Bapu! What tone note for the cowbell? If it's in B# then I'm all for it. I'm sure you can "C" where I'm going with this opinion. E# is cool also though. EF

smoochy girls look hotter playing a cowbell... they just don't shake right with a tambourine....lol What's the purpose of a cowbell for a cow? Is it to keep the farmer notified where they are at? Or to wart of wolves and stuff? Hmmm, I hear a bell I think it's time to eat, does that make me a cow? Is it some type of means to keep the cows eating somehow? EF
