Crash when opening up a program containing SampleTank caused by "Run as Administrator"

I have SampleTank 2.5 and for some reason, it requires that I open Sonar X1 as administrator or it won't work properly. Well when I do that, Sonar crashes when I open a project almost half the times.

I don't know for 100% sure that its the administrator thing that causes Sonar to crash, but it never did before I started doing that.

Is there a way around this? Perhaps to make SampleTank's VST run as administrator instead of Sonar?
