Creating a 1 sample wave for Z3Ta ...

Has anyone successfully created a 1 sample wave for Z3Ta?  i can get really close, but sonar plat. just cannot seem to resolve the resolution. Any Ideas?

What's the point? A wave oscillates, so it needs at least two samples.

Page 18 of the manual tells us why. The sample size limit restricts the number of cycles.  One cycle is withing the limit. A correctly sampled cycle will loop just fine.  However; Platinum does not seem to have the accuracy required for this level of work. It is limited to something larger. Even with all the parameters set to sample or real time it will not allow the precision, but jumps passed the zero crossing point.
That being said, is there anyone who is creating their own single cycle waves for use in the Z3Ta +2?

    I see where you're going.

Yes, you should be talking about cycles, not samples. I'm not into Z3TA enough to known anything of it's quirks.

    Try Audacity: http://groovesizer.com/ma...ingle-cycle-waveforms/

Note the link to Adventure Kids website which has a ton of single cycle wave files (donationware). I haven't used these in Z3ta but have in Alchemy.

i use a combination of sytrus and z3ta for single cycle wavs, made quite a few up for a bank am making for rapture pro, create a cycle in sytrus, export single cycle, load into zeta, waveshape a bit, save the cycle, then load into rapture, good fun
