Custom folders and patches gone from GR4

I'm in a panic!

I opened GR4 in Sonar and I don't know why but it decided to do an Import and started scanning for patches.

When it was finished, all my custom folders and patches were not there!

I have a lot of songs that are dependent on the patches I created, how can I get them back?
