Customized workspaces in SONAR

Hi guys.
 
I thought this would be simple, but I guess it's a bit more complicated than I first though. I'm trying to add some audio to a video and I'd like to dock it on the left side of the screen. I try to unsap it and move it, but no matter what I do, it only wants to dock to the top or the bottom. I see that the little side mixer thing can dock to the left, but other thigns can't? I looked through the documentation, but couldn't find much on customizing the workspace within SkyLight. Is there a way to set up different dockable areas around the screen and save the work space? Thanks.
