DAW Desk Recommendation?

I'm in the process of upgrading my studio and am looking for a new DAW desk. Thing is, most of the desks I see on the market are HUGE, and I have a very limited space in my studio for one, due to how the room is configured.
Here are my DAW desk requirements:

1) No more than 40" wide
2) Raised area for audio & video monitors
3) Slide-away computer keyboard shelf

I believe nearly all DAW desks have #2 and #3, but #1 is a rare find due to dual monitors being the norm these days. If any of you know of one that's under 40" wide, please let me know.

No retail suggestions but as a DIY'er you could get a laminate counter top from Lowe's or whatever, cut it to size and make your own desk.
