Ok, guys i have been visting this forum for a while, and seeing the problems with the 6fire. Like many i have been having the same problems in Vista first then Windows 7, since both Operating Systems came out. It all works fine except the drop out every now and then. But i think i may have fixed it, well on my setup at least. I saw one guy on here said to right hand mouse the AsioDMXCPL file and make it run as Administrator and XP SP 3 compatibility. I did that and then thought, what would happen if i also did this to the DMX6Fire exe and DMX6FireApi.dll files. Well since doing that to all these files it seems to have stopped the drop outs. Been running it like this for over 5 days now, playing music and playing games etc and not one drop out. So maybe i've fixed it :-). Well its worth a try as i love this card and have two of them. By the way i am running Control Panel 5.51C and 5.53 drivers Hope this helps guys, just don't bin the card yet :-)
