DOCUMENTATION: Fewer duplicate links

Ever tried to search for something in the Sonar Reference manual?   You are going to get six duplicate stupid "go here to see more about XYZ" links for each valid hit of interest.   While some links are great, Please reduce the number of paid-by-the-page documentation specialist entries.   Far far far far far far far too many of them.

    I agree that the Index leaves a lot to be desired, but I honestly have a lot of other things higher up on my list.
