D-Pro / Locate sound

I am working with some old projects.  When I work on a track that uses D-Pro it shows the name of the sample.  However, when I open D-Pro it does not open showing the selected instrument.

Therefore, I have to open every subsection of instruments looking for the particular sample.

Is there a way to get D-Pro to open on the sample itself in the D-Pro browser or at least know how to find the sample quickly.

In my case I am trying to locate RGC Tender Cue.

Thanks,
Lance

Searching for "RGC Tender Cue" in "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs" shows two locations "Expansion Pack 1\Orchestral" and "25 - Orchestral Scrapes." My installation is a mashup of years of accumulated DPro programs. I believe it was originally part of the first expansion pack and possibly moved to "25 - Orchestral Scrapes" at a later date so you may only have it in one location. I use the windows search function when looking for programs in DPro and Rapture. It is easier for me than using the synth program browser.

    My copy is located here:

    C:\Cakewalk Content\Rapture Pro\Programs\Dimension Pro\Orchestral Stacks

But I don't have any of the expansion packs installed on this laptop

I believe that is due to running the DPro installers bundled with Rapture Pro. The DPro bundled with SONAR Platinum does not use the RPro program path.

Thanks everyone.  I have found it with your help.

As a software developer, I find it hard to understand why D-Pro doesn't open the location of the sample chosen or at least have a info button that indicates where the sample is stored.

Call me silly, but programming this basic has been done since the 60s.

    Regards,
    Lance
