DSF Library Installing Issue

Hi,


perhaps someone faced with the same problem?
 
I downloaded from my account the add-ons for Rupture Pro from Digital Sound Factory, but the installation of some of them does not run. After starting nothing happens. This case relates to the three add-ons: 
Digital Sound Factory Yamaha Grand HD, 
Digital Sound Factory Steinway Grand HD,
Digital Sound Factory Songwriters Collection.

I would be grateful if anyone can help.
I use Win 8.1 64 bit, Rapture pro 64 bit.

    Cakewalk synth requires you to refresh the browser [F5] after installing new libraries. Have you done this ?

    It does not help. The installation of these add-ons doesn't start, while the rest add-ons (DSF Film Score, DSF Dance Tools, DSF Synthesizer Rage, DSF Symphonic Strings HD etc.) are installed perfectly.

    Just found the solution. 

    It seems that there is the problem with the self-extracting archive. After extracting *.exe files using 7zip installation was successful.
