DSK VST Instruments
Hello all,
while loving Sonar X3 to death I came across a problem. The free DSK VST instruments do not install as they should: seems like all installation files are corrupt (?).
Has any of the distinguished forumites managed to install any of the said instruments, please?

They work on my machine. They're just VSTs though, right? I don't recall separate installers for them.

Yeah, as far as I know they're just zip files. Extract the contents into your VST Plugins folder and Sonar should find them on the next scan.

Yeah, got another unzipper and now they work! Er, buyers aware - 7-Zip was the culprit, PeaZip worked like a charm.

7-zip has always worked fine for me. I wonder what was wrong in your case.

Hi..me, too. It corrupted and/or could not open the DSK files. The other one worked without a hitch...all is well that ends well! :) Good sounds, too!

Hey Kylotan,
did you try Indian Dreams..the tabla drum in it, please? While all the other drum sets seem to work that seems not to get to my headphones. Did you have to change anything in your headphone mix to hear that if you use it?
