Darker or more themes
While I like the SONAR X3 UI a lot, I tend to prefer more darker colors as it's easier on the eyes. I can understand that this is really a personal preference, so maybe making different themes possible may be a good idea ? thanks, Hans

I normally prefer darker as well, but ended up setting mine to "Bright"

Hi Bob, I use the darker one, but it's more the channel and rest of the UI which isn't controllable or maybe I miss something.

You haven't missed anything I'm aware of. I would like some different colors and combos, but I honestly haven't been motivated enough about it to dig in and see how far one can go. Having made the step from 8.5 to X3e, I'm quite pleased with the UI overall.

Yes, the UI looks clean and very nice, I especially appreciate the sound, the new pro channels make it easy to get a good sound out of it :)

It's a tool to facilitate modding sonar colours as well as to do layout customizations, etc. The developer (Panu) is also moderator of that site. Here's an older example (looks like from 2013). http://www.sonarmods.com/...x.php/topic,670.0.htmlHe has moved towards building a full-fledged tool for users to do their own customizations, versus simply supplying "Mod's" to individual order. Recommend checking the help guide out on his site, Nice to see you around Hans. I enjoyed your old Sonar website- glad to see you're back/still with Sonar.

Thanks Brando, but the link doesn't seem to work, I can see the website but it gives an error page do you have another link ? I'll need to check that out then seems interesting. Yes, great to see you too here, has been some time, wow, years pass be way too fast :) I had X2 on my PC, but needed some other tools for my work, so have been using 2-3 different daw's the last years, right now a score editor is really important so hoping this will make it into SONAR one day :) But Sonar X3 is really cool, like the sound and pro channel stuff is making things sound very good. cheers, Hans
