Deep House Music ( EDM ) -- INVASION
Here's one of my newest tracks in the works ... I made this track with the Winter Music Conference in mind.. A long break with a build up and a deep bassline. Something to rip through the speakers in a club. Thought I'ed share what i'ev done so far ... Alots of work is still needed though.. Thanks for taking your time to listen.. I had to play this song twice because you stated that it had a deep bass line that would rip through the speakers in a club. My question is; where is it? I can hear the thump of the bass drum, but as for a bass line, it's just not there. This piece goes on for minute after minutes with barely a change. In its present form, I don't think I would be inspired to dance to this. Cut the song in half, write a signature bass line, and throw a chord change in to boot, and you might succeed. You do have something to build on, and you indicate that this isn't finished. I will be glad to hear this in a new light when you think it's done. Synthesizers are a heck of a lot of fun to play with, but don't ignore song structure.

I need to eq it better/cut some frequencies , but through my cans and monitors the bass is pretty deep... While listing on my computer without hearing the bass and some of the filter automations, it definately losses my interest and sounds repetitive I 100 percent agree.. I'm going to rearrange add some life and chord progressions like you said .. Thank for your honest opinion...Means alot!!! John

Got to 4:30 and gave up. You need add something interesting in the form of change ups or key changes. Even as a baseline sound it just dosen't have anything to offer. Try making it fit into 3:25 then add only where you need to. Glen

In a club, with the right mind set, this is the base of something with potential. The bass thumps through here but quickly becomes a familiar thud. Some more ear candy across the sound spectrum would add a little more life. As suggested by Lynn a real bass line, with tonal shift, would probably go a long way. Thanks for sharing all 8:43 which I did stay to the end.

I always like club music and mixes. This particular piece doesn't seem to get anywhere though. Just my opinion of course, but I think you could add some additional elements and chord changes that could enhance what you have created. The bass is soft for me as well. Not much drive. Regards, Lance
