Define custom tool actions?

Prior to the X series it was possible to define custom tool actions. For example I had the control key and the select tool mapped to velocity so I could easily adjust MIDI note velocities w/o having to faff around w/ the cursor trying to catch the top pixels of the note (which is still a PITA w/ the magic star tool).

I can't find a way to define these custom tool actions anymore in Skylight. Is it gone?

Yes, unfortunately, that feature is gone. Would be nice to see it reappear in a future update.

So I thought. Will post it as a request in the ideas forum.
