Recently I downloaded the set of free Cakewalk 30th Anniversary Celebration. However, I am unable to determine exactly how to access the content of these add-ons. They are:

30th Anniversary Anderton Collection FX Chains
30th Anniversary Drum Replacer kicks
30th Anniversary CA-X Amps
30th Anniversary Rapture Expansion Pack
30th Anniversary Modulator FX Chains
Rapture Session instruments

Where is this content available in Sonar Artist, and how do I find/access it?
Especially for the Rapture content. I don't have Rapture, but I have the Cakewalk Sound Center which includes Rapture instruments.

Can someone explain to me how to use this content? Thanks so much in advance! :)

30th Anniversary Rapture Session: Where do I find it? 2018/02/16 00:32:36 (permalink)
    EDIT:
I figured out how to use FX Chains, therefore I found (most of) the 30th Anniversary content. :)

However, although I installed Rapture Session, I'm not able to find the Synth in Sonar Artist. Through the Plugin Layouts menu, I did a custom layout and added Rapture Session manually. It added it to my track list, but when I tried to run it, I received the following error:

    ERROR - UNHANDLED EXCEPTION
A fatal error has occurred in plugin "Rapture Session".
    Module: C:\ProgramFiles\Common Files\VST3\RaptureSession\RaptureSession_64.vst3
    Exception code: c0000005

Sonar then had to close. Is Rapture Session not compatible with Sonar Artist 64-bit? How does anyone get this synth to work?
    Thanks in advance.

Rapture Session should be available from the Command Center.

It is in the Command Center and I have installed it. However, it doesn't seem to be detected in Sonar Artist. (See above message.)

    Two things:

[the easy one] make sure that C:\ProgramFiles\Common Files\VST3 is in your VST scan path.
[the difficult one] I get the same warning sometimes when I open a project. If I re-open it, Rapture is there. Go figure.

I get this too with Kontakt every now and then. Reopen the project and all is good.
