Dem Pro/files not found

Hi Im pretty new to a lot of the computer music, but have got my "home studio" , to do most of what I need it to do as I learn,just installed Demension pro today and it opens fine but many of the files give me a "file not found" message a file right next to it in the dropdown may load ,is this normal?,,,The instatatin dvd had a few scratches on it and I'm wondering if some files didnt install,,thanks for any help

    Thanx Chad,called tech support and they agree,itsd a bad install disk,,,,its all being taken care of ,,,I wouldnt have been surprized if I was doing something wrong as I'm just getting a grip on how soft synths work ,any way thanks
