Demension Pro , I go to choose instrument but the box is blank

What can I do help!!! My dimension pro presets are all gone,,,,, its a blank box... ?  Thanks

    The programs are stored in folders under C:\ProgramData\ Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs
    Note: ProgramData is a hidden folder
    If the files are there, try hitting the F5 key in the DPro program browser to rebuild the program list.
    If the files are not there, reinstall DPro.

    I unhide all my folders & show all extensions. Don't know why they hide all that stuff. Silliness!

    I see all the sample library of Dimension Pro @   program files/cakewalk/dimension pro .
     
    Now what hsould I do.
     
    If I remember I had the same problem a little while back and someone told me to do a place holder or something and the sounds were all there again.  thx again all for your help

    Also I have Dimension Pro 1.5 ............ is there a newer version like a x64 maybe or Dimension Pro 2.0 ?

    The sample library is used by the programs in C:\ProgramData\ Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs. Either the programs are installed or they are not. If the programs are installed, either hit the F5 key in the DPro browser or delete "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs\programs.lst" and DPro will rebuild the list. If the programs are missing, DPro and the any expansion banks will need to be reinstalled or the Programs folder restored from a backup.
     
    v1.5 is the last version of DPro.

    Not sure about the "programs.lst" file. Just did a sweeping search of C:\ drive and nothing came up.
     
    The Program files (.prog) are in the "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs" folder.
    The Multisamples (.flac) they use are in the "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Multisamples" folder.
    (BTW, Dimension LE uses .wav files instead of .flac.)
     
    I use both 32 and 64 bit versions so my samples for both are in the "Program Files (x86)" folder.
     
    When all else fails, uninstall it, download the installation file from your account and reinstall it. Make sure you pick the 64 bit option. Then do a rescan in Sonar.

    the change from wav to flac came with v1.5

    Thanks for all the helped it solved my issues.  Im good to go now, I just uninstalleed and reinstaled DP .  But now I have another problem.. Now my DP shows hte presets and stuff and choose a sound,, but I get no sound.  ALl my other synths work and you can hear them.  DP no sound but the presets are there.

    Make sure the sound is displayed - I don't use DP regularly, but you may have to double-click the sound from the list to get it loaded.
     
    What drivers is DP set to use - your ASIO drivers from your interface?  If so, then make sure nothing else (like Windows) is also set to use the audio interface.
     
    If you do not have an audio interface, what driver mode and what drivers are you using?  ASIO4ALL?  Windows drivers?
