Demo Mode

Can't get Sonar Platinum out of demo mode! If I launch from the command center it's fine, from my desktop short cut or any other way demo mode! This is a big problem because none of the plugins work correctly while in demo mode! and I payed allot of money for this software. I can't get tech support; it seems there unavailable.
 
Does anybody have any idea's that might could help me out?

    Check that you are running CCC with the same rights as Splat from desktop, I mean under the same user, with/without "run as administrator" settings.
    Also have you tried simple and fast way to re-install (change Splat version in CCC, then change it back)?
