"Demo Mode" question
Whenever I launch Sonar Platinum (lifetime) on one of my machines it always shows up in "Demo Mode". The only way I can get it to not be in demo mode is to lauch "Command Center" first, click "Sonar Platinum" and then click the launch button.
I'd rather not have to do this, since I won't always have access to the internet on that machine. I know other people in the past had this problem.
Before BandLab scooped up Sonar (for lack of a better term), it was discussed on the forums that we'd have a way to activate without relying on the servers (honestly, I don't know that activating will help, since it is already activated, but I'm considering a re-install if that's what I have to do -- I'm pretty sure I tried that already, though, don't remember for sure). I know that BandLab is keeping the servers up, and that's fine, but I need a way to run Sonar Platinum without having to have an internet connection.
I have two licenses to Sonar Platinum (both lifetime licenses), and I just want to make sure I'll be able to keep using them even when offline.
I've never been able to figure out why only one of my machines has this problem. I am running as an administrative user and that doesn't seem to make any difference.
Any help any of you guys can give would be much appreciated.
