Determining tempo / bmp when it's not obvoiusly noted

A couple of questions related to this....maybe I am missing something, but not seeing the BMP or tempo of a clip in X1 on the clip-properties menu. This would obviously be in the case where a clip has not been recorded / synced to a click or drum track. Another example : I also want to be able to determine the closest tempo on a track(s) where a band was recorded live - they are using their own tempo, and I assume the project tempo setting does not matter.

Thanks

'Project' > 'Insert Tempo Change' > 'Click here to tap Tempo' Click the button in time with the track, and it will tell you the tempo as close as it can.
