Did anyone else get the Line 6 survey?
You get Pod farm 2.5 for free for filling it out. It's actually better than I thought it would be.

Really? I have a PodX3 and would like pod farm since they stopped supporting VST for ..... damn, the name escapes me. Heading on over to their website now to see if I can find the link. How did you get the survey? Email?

I would if I could. You must complete the survey to receive POD Farm 2.5 for free. Please do not forward the link to this survey—upon completion of the survey, only those who receive the link directly from Line 6 will be eligible to receive POD Farm 2.5 for free.

Interesting. I already have PodFarm 2.5 and I use it the most as my amp sim. The sounds are really realistic. Interesting that Line 6 is doing that though.
Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

hmmm...I guess I have 2.5 standard. It was a bit confusing. I had to make my pc an authrorized device. I wasn't sure, but I think I now have what they were trying to give. It makes me wonder what their up to. The Variax HD update has never happened. I wonder if Pod farm HD is about to come out for pc and ios. There were a lot of questions about apple products. I voted against them all, but I don't blame them for looking into it with all the money Ik multimedia is surely making.

Line 6? They seem to have focused all their efforts on wireless microphone systems and other PA gear lately. The pioneers of amp modelling seem to have conceded they can't compete anymore... I believe this free givaway of their flagship software product signals their exit from this market sector.

No, and I would have liked to take it. I would like my Pod Farm to be linked to my PC rather than my UX1 and when I attempted to do that it said I had to pay an upgrade price of $99.00. That kind of peeved me off. PF has been my go to for many years. It came with my UX1 bundled. They released it so that it does nt take a Line 6 device, but I have to buy it again.

I guess they forgot I was a customer... I have a UX-2, a POD-2, and a Flextone III-Plus, and I was a subscriber to the toneport online thingy they used to have. Oh yeah, I have POD Farm and POD Farm 2.0... Oh well. I need to take a look at their website... J

I use Pod farm 2 for my amp sims as well. Good stuff. All amp sims sound the same to me anyway so if you got it free then all the better.
