Did the person that designed the X1 GUI also design the box?

I'm asking because, frankly, I think it's a very nice looking box.

It seems bright, cheerful, optimistic and modern... all the things I'm looking for in a visual experience.

I think Joe would approve.

best regards,
mike

I'm just wondering if anyone has thought much about how the X1 box design came to be so darn nice looking.

No matter what you think of me... I'm guessing we can agree that the X1 box designs are very nice.

    Or maybe not.

    best regards,

    Sigh.

I guess then that would make you a X1 Fanboi...given that certain people have decided that others are 'bashers'....it would be nice if we kind of stop labeling each other as one or the other...

And, yeah, the box does look cool.

How is your post any different to the supposed trolling of which you complain?

Well - because this single post I made is not done on a daily (or sometimes even hourly) base - unlike the posts of the named person to start with?

Come one - I f you did think the response I made was not exactly what was looked for in the first place, I suppose you are living in a different world. But don't worry - I do not come too often here. Just enough to see the sad atmosphere here is still present, almost a year after the release of X1...

Still - i think it is funny ..... sometimes...

And maybe I do not understand this well enough at all, because it's too subtle.. English is not my native language as you might have guessed...

Oh well... time to move on.... I have work to do...

The box has a nice clean, purposeful look just like X1 so I guess it could well be by the same designer.

I doubt the box is anywhere near as good as a DAW though.

I would think the graphics department designed the box and the GUI in X1 came about as design decisions were made during development of X1. I give the box a meh. I like the X1 GUI though.

    Regards.
