Actually if you go to Preferences and find the File Locations tab it will tell you where your global audio folder is. That's step 1 and solely for the purpose of letting you know more about the file locations and structure of things.
Step 2 is to then set SONAR to save Per Project Folders, then open your project and using Save As you will have the option to resave all the audio files in a folder within the new Project Folder structure.
If you set Cakewalk Projects as you defaul project location then you will end up with folder structure like thisL
Cakewalk Projects\Mysong\Audio\mysong audio.wav
Cakewalk Projects\Mysong\Mysong.cwp
You'll see that the folder will take on the name of the .cwp file. that's why you're asked when you start a new project using the default method to name you project file. if you do it afdter the fact just use SAve As.
