Digital Sound Factory Symphonic Strings, X2

I installed it, but can't seem to find where it put files.  Anyone?  Thanks.

    The DSF Symphonic strings are an expansion pack of Dimension Pro, so you'll find them as a program bank that can be loaded when you insert Dimension Pro as a softsynth.

    If you've installed them to wherever all the rest of your DP patches are located you might need to refresh the DP browser - open DP's patch browser and hit F5

    thanks for the f5 suggestion, appartently this works even after restarting a different session. I only wish there was some settings file so that I could see where the program is looking for the files.

    The default locations for DimPro in Win7 and Win8 are
    64bit
    c:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro (multisamples, docs, resource files, uninstall info)
    c:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Dimension Pro (dll and exe)
    c:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro (patch info)

    32bit
    c:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro (multisamples, docs, resource files, uninstall info)
    c:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Dimension Pro (dll and exe)
    c:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro (patch info)
