Digital Sound Factory Virtuoso 2000 not showing up in Dimension Pro

I loaded the new Dim Pro Library and hit F5 to update the browser but it still doesn't show up.  I noted that in C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs that I don't see the title even though I loaded it.
 
Thoughts?

    Really should contact DSF about this. They (forum user timswartz) have provided manual processes for installing their packages in the "Cakewalk Instruments" forum. I have seen issues with multisamples not making it into custom directories but never the programs missing the programs directory. In the past programs were loaded into "Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs" but that path does not exist in more modern versions of Windows (although they might have been using a % variable to get the path, IDK).

    Well I got it to work.  I had to move the program files from C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs to C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Programs.
