Dim Pro Registration Issue

The other day I installed Sonar 8 and everything else that came with the producer edition. Unlocking (registering) Sonar 8 went well and I got the e-mail with the reg code, however when I did this for Dimension Pro I never recieved the reg code even though I typed in the correct e-mail address.

I have contacted support but no answer, so was wondering if anyone had come across a similar problem and how they solved it.

    I did mine yesterday, got it back a few seconds after sending it. Does your email have any sort of spam blocker on it?
