Dim Pro and Rapture download? Loss of quality?

Has anyone noticed a loss of quality with the Monthly special, to download Dim Pro and Rapture together? They are compressed to download. I'm probably going to download, but I might order a disc.

Thanks.

Does anyone know how easy it is to make a back-up of the physical dvd products?

I assume everything is included in the downloads. Does anyone know if there is anything missing from the downloads?

Emailed cakewalk, but didn't ask some of this. I asked cakewalk more.

    Any help is appriciated.

Are you asking if Dimension Pro and Rapture have a diminished audio quality because they are compressed for download? If I understand you correctly, the answer is no way. The audio samples themselves are not compressed.

There are some sample packs that you'll need to download separately, which is also true if you have a physical disk.

As far as making a DVD backup, it's simple to use any DVD burning program to burn a copy of your download file.
