Dim Pro x64 - a "why" question

Ok...

Just installed X1 Producer, did a clean install of Dim Pro x64.  It would not load a single instrument until I transferred the Multisamples directory from \Program Files\..\Dimension Pro to \Program Files (x86)\..\Dimension Pro.  It either presented an error for a missing .sfz or multisample.

Now, works just fine... I am trying to understand what I missed.  The registry keys for DP all point to the (logically) correct multisample location... is this a quirk in DP left over from its strictly 32-bit days?

Thanks, all.

Russ

    Bump, boink, bap.

Or should I ask the  Bakers to move this to the Coffee House?
