Dimension Pro 1.5 DVD is DEAD! Any solution?

Dimension Pro 1.5 DVD is DEAD! Any solution?

Hi to everyone here, expecially to Cakewalk official support.
This morning I had to format Windows 7 and, of course, X1 Production Suite again.
But....baaaaad new....the Dimension pro 1.5 DVD (3/4 DVD, the 4/4 DVD with extra content it's OK, as the first two DVDs respectively with X1c Producer Expanded and Beatscape installations) is totally damaged, and an huge part of file data was loss!
I've tried many recovery programs but nothing....

There's a way to obtain an .exe file or an .iso from official Cakewalk support assistance, as a recovery of my softsynth?* 
*I know that I must provide all the original codes if this recovery option could be available from assistance, but there's no problem at all ;).
At this point I think that this could be the rightest (if not the only one) practicable solution.
Please....send me an answer, I'm really devastated....I've used a lot Dim.Pro in a lot of songs.

    You should be able to download Dimension Pro 1.5 or any/all of the SONAR X1 Production Suite from your store account. If you cannot access your account or need help contact http://www.cakewalk.com/About/csr.asp

    Hi scook.
    Maybe you mean that I have to buy a new Dim.Pro, or just to obtain a new iso/installation file from my account?

    In this morning I've opened an official account and fortunately it still reports all my serial number registrations done along these two years, but there are no options about new downloads of the products that I own (just the registration codes and no more).
    Maybe this happens because all my registered products were bought all in physical content and not in digital format?

    Please let me know :).
