Dimension Pro 1.5 Expansion Packs (1-3) included with Sonar X1 won't upzip

Both the Dimension Pro 1.5 Expansion Packs included with Sonar X1 and the Expansion Packs (1-3) won't upzip. I just get a red light all the way in WINZIP.
 
Anyone have and resolve this issue?

    Try a different unzip utility, e.g. 7-zip or BitZipper (both free).  If it still won't unzip, then the file is probably corrupted.  If so, try downloading another copy from here.
