Dimension Pro 1.5 error in X2 and X1

Dimension Pro 1.5 error in X2 and X1

Never had a problem with Dimension Pro 1.5
It shows up fine in stand alone but as a vst in X2 and X1 states that Dimension Pro is not installed properly.
it shows up in my store account with serial number and reg code but no way to download it. Help! Thanks

    Clear your browser cache and cookies, log into store and try to download again.
    If that doesn't work contact Cakewalk support:
    http://www.cakewalk.com/support/contact/default.aspx

    If for some reason you have problems registering Dimension Pro afterwards run Sonar X1/2 as Administrator.
    (nb Cakewalk is way overdue for an update to this software, some people have no issues, but it's probably the buggiest plugin when it comes to installation).
     
    NB Might be worth checking to see if the right files are in the VST folder, might be another post about this if you search the forums.

    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    Thanks.....but.......why does it show up fine in stand alone mode (which is run as administrator) along with the DSF Strings and the extra patches? It also shows up fine in plug in manager...very weird

    You could rescan your VST folder as well assuming the files are in there (under preferences)..

    There's also a whole load of posts about Dimension Pro installation issues all over these forums which could progress your issue further (google something like like:forums.cakewalk.com Dimension Pro installation)

    I found the problem....didn't go far enough down the list to find the 64 bit version.....SOLVED! Thanks
