Dimension Pro Manual?

Hi,
 
Does anyone know where I can get a manual for Dim Pro?  I'm pretty new at this and I can't even it to make a sound... kinda funny but not really.

    On my Windows XP DAW, it's in C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro\Documentation
