Dimension Pro Tooltips Hidden?

I apologize if I'm missing something obvious, but I hope someone can help me.  I just installed the update for Sonar Producer 8.5.2 on a new computer with Windows 7 (64-bit).  Everything is working great except for one incredibly annoying issue with Dimension Pro - the tooltips on the synth property page are hidden behind the properties window.  This is truly a nuisance mainly because I can't tell what frequencies I'm adjusting on the EQ knobs.  I'm certain that they are hidden (as opposed to not popping up at all) because if I point at the AMP button to the right, I can see approximately the second half of the tooltip.  I have not seen any options affecting the tooltips at all, nor do I see any further updates for Windows users ( I have installed Dimension Pro update 1.2).

I have a feeling this is something to do with Windows 7.  Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas for a fix?
