Dimension Pro in Vista X64

What updates and patches do I need to install Dimension Pro in a new Daw running Vista Business 64bit? I intend to run Sonar 6 in both 32 and 64 bit modes. Do I need "Bit-bridge"?
Also, how do I transfer projects I am currently working on(Using xp-pro) to my new system? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Running Sonar X1, Vista Business x64, Intel i7 920, Delta44, usb midiman 4X4, 6 gb mem, midiman multimixer 6,Korg X5, E-mu Mophatt

Follow these steps: as for transferring projects, I don't know, but the rest of the proceedure is quite detailed below.
Let me know how it went, ok?
BTW, I noticed an somewhat misleading instruction at the end of this proceedure.
    It reads:

    3. Highlight on Dimension Pro under “Registered Plug-ins” (note: do
not exclude Dimension Pro64. This is your 64 bit version of Dimension
Pro that you want to be enabled)
... it should read - do not enclude pro 64. You'll see what I mean when you read thru it.

Step 1 – Copy your Dimension Pro 32-bit directory to your Dimension
Pro 64-bit directory by doing the following:

    1. Browse to Dimension Pro's install directory; the default path is:

    C:\Program Files(x86)\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro

    2. Select and copy the entire “Dimension Pro” Folder. To do so either
right-click and choose Copy or type CTRL + C to copy the contents

    3. Browse to Dimension Pro's x64 directory; the default path for this
    is:

    C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro

    4. If the Dimension Pro folder is not there, simply paste the folder
you have copied to the clip board into the “Cakewalk” folder. To do so
either right-click and choose Paste or type CTRL + V to paste the
contents. This will copy the “Dimension Pro” folder to create this
above directory. This may take a few minutes to complete.

Step 2 – Install the Dimension Pro 1.2 update patch

Afterwards, I’d like you to install the Dimension Pro 1.2 update, as
this will force the Dimension Pro64.dll component to be installed on
your system. When the installer prompts you to choose a “VST Plug-ins
Path”, make a point to set it to “C:\Program
    Files\Cakewalk\VSTPlugins”.

Do not set it to the “Program Files(x86)” folder.

The update can be downloaded from here:
    http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/kb/kb2005302.asp

Step 3 – Add the correct scan paths to your VST Scanner by doing the
    following:

    1. Launch SONAR and go to Options | Global and click on the VST
    Plug-in Tab

    2. Under VST Scan Paths, add the following directories:

    C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\vstplugins
    C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\vstplugins
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Dimension Pro

    3. Place a check mark next to “Re-scan Failed Plug-ins” and “Re-scan
    Existing Plug-ins”

    4. Click on the [Reset all VST Plug-ins] button and choose “yes” when
it asks you if you would like to continue

    5. Click on the [Scan VST Folders] button

Step 4 – OPTIONAL – Remove any 32-bit versions of Dimension Pro if you
do not wish to use them as you might accidentally insert them. To do
    so do the following:

    1. Launch SONAR and go to Tools | Cakewalk Plug-in Manager

    2. Under “Plug-in Categories”, highlight VST Instruments (VSTi)

    3. Highlight on Dimension Pro under “Registered Plug-ins” (note: do
not exclude Dimension Pro64. This is your 64 bit version of Dimension
Pro that you want to be enabled)

    4. Under “Manage Exclusion List” click on the [Exclude Plug-in] button

OMG, those are a lot of steps. Does that apply to Vista Home Premium 64 bit? I just got a new PC and did not re-install Cakewalk stuff (Sonar 6, Dim Pro, Rapture, P5) yet since I was waiting for the E-Mu 1212 PCIe card, although E-Mu just indicated the PCIe version won't be out for a month or so I might just get another E-Mu 0404 PCI. What is bizarre is that I got an email from Cakewalk with a Rapture registration code today out of the blue, but again, I did not install any Cakewalk stuff yet.

I just upgraded to Sonar 8 Producer which included the Dimension Pro instrument. When I try to load sounds, the majority seem to come up with an error message that the file cannot be found. Does Sonar come with full vrsion or do I need to download these missing sounds? Perhaps I installed Dimension incorrectly? Thanks for any info...

Running Cubase 5 64 bit in Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

I have the 1.2 DVD and installed off of that, forcing it to 64 bit directory, however the .dll installed is not 64 bit (Cubase shows it as 32 bit); not only that, the VST won't load. Note the 1.2 dll reads as: "Dimension Pro.dll" and is dated 4/3/2006.

I tried download the 1.2 updater via the website, but I get the same result and same .dll.

I then grabbed the hot fix .dll which has an x64 version (Dimension Pro x64), put that in the VST Plug In directory, but Cubase won't even recognize it.

So, I have a non loading 32 bit Dimension Pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    Cheers,

    JTR

EDIT: So I am starting to fear that I made some very untrue assumptions about Dimension Pro. Of course I think of Cakewalk as the "64 Bit" company because of their early support for it. Rapture (and Z3ta) both support 64 bit as a VST, and, when I purchased their flagship Dimension Pro, I swore I thought I saw "Windows" and "64 Bit" support in the same sentence so I bought it w/o a second thought. Well, it turns out I did see those two words in the same sentence all right, but only in reference to DXi... I only realize now that there is no mention of a 64 Bit VST.

    Ug. Say it ain't so...

There is a 64bit VST downloadable. It is more a beta version of Dimension Pro and given my experience - stay far away. Tried to run it in Reaper x64 and it brought my host down. Still, encouraging to know they are looking into it.
The 96/192KHz beta also is a sign that Cakewalk are looking into issues with Dimension Pro (although slowly) but as with the x64 beta - it doesn't seem to be fully there yet.

    Fingers crossed for the future.
